Dr. Jeremy Segrist was born and raised in Alliance, Nebraska. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, he went on to earn his DDS degree from the UNL College of Dentistry. Dr. Segrist and his family moved to the Omaha area in 2004.

Scheduling
We strive to run on time so you won't be kept waiting, and we ask that you arrive for your appointments on time as well. Dr. Segrist only deviates from his schedule in the event of dental emergencies that require immediate attention. We know you're busy, and your time is valuable to us!
Please call at least two business days in advance for changed appointments. Missed appointments without this notification or repeated cancellations may incur cancellation fees. We want to work with you to schedule convenient appointment times for your visits to our office.
