Meet The Doctor
Dr. Jeremy Segrist was born and raised in Alliance, Nebraska. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, he went on to earn his DDS degree from the UNL College of Dentistry. Dr. Segrist and his family moved to the Omaha area in 2004.

Our office is located at the intersection of Dodge and 204th St. (Hwy 31), and we’re conveniently located near Omaha, Elkhorn, Fremont, Valley, Waterloo, Bennington and Gretna.

New Patient Forms
If this is your first visit with us, it won’t take long to see that we do things a little differently. First and foremost, we get to know you—not just your medical history, but also your past dental experiences, why you came to see us and your goals for your smile. It might seem out of the ordinary to be scheduled for a 60-minute new patient visit with Dr. Segrist and his assistant, but this time has been reserved especially for you. We want to ensure that you receive a thorough consultation and have plenty of time to ask our team any questions you may have.
